We welcome all breeds and sizes – from Chihuahuas to Great Danes, Indies, Cats, Puppies & Kittens! Our groomers are also trained for breed-specific grooming needs. If you have a rare breed, just call and we’ll confirm your preferred grooming requirements!

Time taken for each service depends on the breed, coat length, condition of the fur and services chosen.

Ofcourse! We use vet-approved, hypoallergenic, pH-balanced products with no harsh chemicals. If your pet has allergies or skin issues, please let us know at the time of booking the session & we will make sure to accommodate for the same!

Pets usually stay calmer without their parents present. You can watch your pet’s grooming though the TV display in our store that shows you the Live CCTV footage from the spa!

Our spa includes deep conditioning, calming massages, paw trimming, teeth cleaning & sanitary trimming! Each session is customized to your pet’s needs, so do mention exactly what you’re opting for at the time of booking the session!

No. We provide Spa services only at our Madhapur & Nallagandla Spas to ensure a calm, hygienic, and stress-free environment for pets.
We do offer Home Delivery across Hyderabad for any products you would like to purchase!

Dogs need Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccines. Cats need Rabies and FVRCP. Please share those vaccination records with us on your first visit. Special cases can be discussed with our team.

Avoid heavy meals before the visit, take dogs for a quick walk, and bring vaccination records, medication details, and allergy information. Try to keep your pet calm and DO NOT bathe Or trim them right before the appointment.

Yes, with advance notice. Our trained team uses calm handling and positive techniques. For highly anxious or aggressive pets, we may recommend shorter sessions or special safety measures.

Cancellations with 24+ hours’ notice can be rescheduled or refunded. Less than 24 hours may incur a 50% fee, and no-shows are charged in full. For emergencies, call us and we’ll be happy to help.
