Where Love for Pets Becomes a Promise of Care
Who Are We?
PAWPARAZZI is a P6 Ventures family-run venture and our name comes from our own names: Pratap, Poonam, Prathima, Prajwal, Pax & Prancer.
We didn’t sit in a boardroom to create Pawparazzi. We came together around our pets.
Like most pet parents, we worried when our pets were anxious at salons, uncomfortable during grooming, or treated like just another booking slot. We searched for a place that felt warm, patient, and truly built for pets, a place that combined care, comfort, and connection. When we couldn’t find it, we decided to build it.
That’s how Pawparazzi was born, not as a business first, but as a home for pets and the people who love them.
Our Story
My whole life I begged my parents for a dog and they kept telling me that when I turned 13 I would be able to take care of one and that’s when they would get me a pet. When I turned 10, I moved to a boarding school and unfortunately, my chance of getting a dog did not materialize.
In 2015, when I started college we were finally able to bring home this cute little bundle of joy who we named Pax. He was the best dog ever. True to his name, he always made sure that we didn’t scream at each other and that there was peace at home, because if we did, he would bark at us and tell us to stop! He was adorable. He was our new sibling and we loved him dearly.
In September 2017, Pax passed away after undergoing a surgery. Being a photographer, I loved taking his photographs and took thousands of them which helped me capture memories that we shared with him over the course of his life. These photographs now help us relive those memories even today, as the photographs hang on our walls.
Pawparazzi was started soon after Pax passed, with the idea that we would help families capture precious moments of their pets, moments which will then become invaluable memories.
Our logo is Pax’s pawprint. It is the only thing we have left of his & it serves as a constant reminder of why we started & what our mission is.
Losing Pax, my two-and-a-half-year-old dog, was one of the hardest periods of my life. For a long time, all I could focus on was the pain of losing him. The suddenness of it. The absence. How quiet everything felt after.
During one of those days, my father said something to help me carry that grief. He asked us to stop looking only at the loss and to also look at the life Pax had lived with us. Even if it was brief, it was full.
I went back to the photographs. Frame by frame, moment by moment, something softened. The grief didn’t disappear, but it changed shape. The memories became warmer, fuller, alive again.
Somewhere in that process, a realisation stayed with me. So many people love their pets deeply. And so many of them don’t have photographs that let them return to those moments when they’re gone. Not just phone pictures, but images that honour the relationship and the life shared.
In every way, Pawparazzi exists because of that realisation.
Photography for me stopped being about images a long time ago. It became about remembrance, about giving people a way to revisit love, not just loss.
